James 1:2-6 KJV
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
How has the task been while counting it all joy as you go through the three T’s?
Counting is doing
It’s walking through
It’s putting on a good game face.
It’s saying I can take it.
It’s believing in something beyond where you are now.
It’s working it out above any shadow of any doubt.
It’s saying to you; we will get through this too?
It’s is going beyond what your body knows and into the realm of what your spirit knows.
Seeing joy in a thing that is physically beyond your metal thinking
Joy comes when there seems to be for the moment no escape.
Joy comes when the pain is greater than you think you can bare.
Joy in hope
Joy in potential
Joy in projecting a better image.
Joy in Life
Nehemiah 8:10 NIV
Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Be empowered by the Joy that comes from God.
Imagine yourself there standing in the place where God wants you to be.
If all you have to do is go through something, no matter what it was, to get to the vision for your life.
Then I will say
Bring on the three T’s
And if being joyful helps me mentally while I go through,
Then happy I will be
And happy I am.
John 15:11 ASV
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may be in you, and [that] your joy may be made full.
