Return to Your First Love

Revelation 2:4 ESV

But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

I say return to your first love.

He who first loved us is showing mercy on all that believe and have fallen.

You have started to struggle heavily after many years of loving and giving.

You have returned to some of your dirty secretes of the past.

Ephesians 4:22-24 NIV

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Why, have you returned?

Remember how it was before the fall.

Remember the time and place.

Your spiritual journey was being challenged.

A great test had begun.

You started to feel the pressures of your destiny.

The visions in your head had now become plans on paper.

The plans started your next steps for the vision.

But it was a ways off still.

This time is a good time for one of many tests to come and prepare you for your destiny.

God said, do not forget me.

Your vision is great, but the journey might be long.

Warning!

Don’t leave your first love.

Our enemy saw your plans the moment you wrote them done.

John 10:10 NIV

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

He cannot stop you if you don’t let him.

But, he is smart and will use all your past to turn you away from getting started with your plans.

So he came

What have you done?

Did you fall?

It does not matter

Even if it was many times

Use this to your favor

Return back to your first love

It’s not yet to let.

Acts 3:19

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,

Repent and get back on track.

Pick up those plans and show them to the devil.

Let him know that he cannot stop what God has given you to finish.

And He will finish what he started.

Philippians 1:6 NIV

being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Return to your first love,

And He will embrace you with opened arms.

Love is waiting

All you have to do is

Return.

The end
