John 14:6 NIV
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
When you think about “The Way”, you might think about direction or path, but I will be stating here is a Way of Life.
Each person has a way or path that would lead them to what they hope would be a life style they have been dreaming of, but sometimes life gives you bumps in the road.
The bumps in the road are there intentionally to help to prepare or mold you for the place you are trying to get too.
They curve our decision-making skills, our ability to adapt, how we handle change, how we handle falling, how long it takes for us to get up, and the way we handle success.
Making the right decisions while you are on the way to your next wealthy place can sometimes make you re-think why, when and how.
Luke 3:5 NASB
‘EVERY RAVINE WILL BE FILLED, AND EVERY MOUNTAIN AND HILL WILL BE BROUGHT LOW; THE CROOKED WILL BECOME STRAIGHT, AND THE ROUGH ROADS SMOOTH;
You might ask yourself; why am I on this path?
When will I ever get there, it seem so long and so far away?
How do I get there and how do I make it?
The way is always clear.
Isaiah 45:2 AKJV
I will go before you, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
The way is a journey that might take a while, but you will get there, if you stay in faith and never give up.
“The Way,” is yours to have and keep, even before you were born.
“The Way,” is a perfect plan that will lead you to a place in life we all must get to.
This way of life plan is different for each and every one.
You must choose to take this path for your life.
They are two roads in our life plan, one is “the way” and the other is called the “the wrong way”.
I sometimes wish there was only one, but because of free will, we have to want to take the path called “the way.”
The wrong way in has many of distractions, even if you choose to take it, you can always change to “the way”.
Psalm 119:1-6 Message
You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. 2 You’re blessed when you follow his directions, doing your best to find him. 3 That’s right – you don’t go off on your own; you walk straight along the road he set. 4 You, God, prescribed the right way to live; now you expect us to live it. 5 Oh, that my steps might be steady, keeping to the course you set; 6 Then I’d never have any regrets in comparing my life with your counsel.
Unfortunately, being on the wrong way could lead you to many addictions that are hard to let go.
However, the way you are designed is that, in all things you can overcome them, it might take a while, but there is always a way out, by choosing to walk “the way.”
Choose to walk the straight and narrow way of life is not easy, it requires time and consistency.
It requires fighting the good fight of faith.
Matthew 7:14 ESV
For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
However, to you that are fighting remember this; you have already won before you ever begin.
Then the only question that remains is,
Will you choose “The Way” or will you choose “The Wrong Way”.
