What is your Assignment?

We all have an assignment?

According to

Romans 12:4-8

For as we have many member in one body, and all members have not the same office; So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one member’s one of another.  Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;  Or ministry let us wait on our ministering: or he that teaches on teaching. Or he that exhorts, on exhortation: he that gives, let him do it with simplicity; he that rules, with diligence; he that shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

As we can see there is an assignment meant for all who are called.

Another question would be;

Where are you inspired to serve?

What is the area of your passion?

Where do you shine the most?

What drives you to go further in this one area of your life than any other?

Or you can say; I love doing this so much, that I would do it for free.

What are your greatest strengths?

What moves you?

What drives you?

What motivates you?

What are you the most passionate about?

I am convinced that this is shown to everyone since their youth.

You may have been given glimpses or images of things you will be doing in the future.

You may have seen things that you doubted that you would be doing those things.

Many of you have acknowledged them and many people have recognized these traits inside you, but you have put them off.

You have ignored

Put off

Doubted

And avoided the path which you were being lead to go.

2 Timothy 1:6 ESV

For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands,

For many of you that have been avoiding destiny, I ask you this question.

What has it cost you?

What has it cost those who you must touch?

What has it cost by not hearing that voice telling you who you really are?

You are not sure?

Is it because of Fear?

Afraid of failure

Afraid of losing friends

Afraid of success

Or

Is it because you are not ready to give up your life?

Didn’t Jesus give up his life for you to have eternal life?

What was His cost?

What did He pay?

What if He waited and put it off.

What would have changed if He did?

There are many variables.

We could never know.

You don’t have the time or luxury He had.

Your time is sorter here then His was and the ones you will affect will not have time as you think you do.

What will be there cost in waiting for you?

No one else is called to do or affect a nation in the area where you will.

Once you decided to give up this meaningless path for your right path, then there will be much help and doors opened for you.

Ok

There will be some tough tests on the way.

Nothing worth it is made by the easy way.

Don’t be weary in well doing.

The path you have now chosen to take will have many tests to prepare you for such a journey.

I am also convinced that the longer you wait the harder or more tests there will be.

Why?

There are tests that have been added due to you waiting that you wouldn’t have to go through if you chose to chase your purpose sooner.

It’s for your development.

You will be tested in the area of why you avoided or in the area of your fears.

These are the added tests you would have to go through.

You remember when you got in trouble, either with your parents or some other authority figure.

You waited and the more you waited to confess up to what you had done, the outcome or the punishment was greater.

Just like that one you will have to face the music for waited to long.

Yes, there is a waiting for the reason of preparing you for your assignment.

There is a waiting until you find out what you assignment is.

But, I am talking about the cost for waiting too long after you found out what your assignment was.

The very best way to handle your assignment is to run away with it as soon as you know what it is.

Dive right in to it.

Grab that assignment and run.

It’s expedient that you don’t lose any more time wasting on living your life the way you want to and live it the way God wants you to.

It will pay off greatly for you and those you touch.

Your Father as always will be there.

Just watching and waiting.

He is preparing and has prepared certain things so that you may be the hand that will receive them.

Your assignment is made clear.

Once you know it, there should never be any doubt what must be done.

Any questions that you will have will be answered.

Seek and you shall fine

There should not be any door closed to you once you are walking in your assignment unless God says to wait as I prepare the way for you.

Knock and it shall be opened unto you.

Your prayers are answered

James 5:16 ESV

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

What is your assignment?

Luke 12:48 NLT

But someone who does not know, and then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has been entrusted with much, even more will be required.

Go and lived the life for which you was born to do.

Everything and everyone is waiting until you do.

And

Remember while you are waiting

What is it costing you?

What is it costing those who are waiting on you to connect with?
