You are not meant to be a Follower

From Adam, to Abraham to Moses and the great Kings of the bible who became men after His own heart.

Like King David though he sinned became a man after God’s own heart.

 Exodus 3:10

“Therefore, come now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, so that you may bring My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt.”

Like Jesus says to his followers, leave and follow me and I will make you fishers of men.

Like Jesus God has planted this seed in us to lead others to join us in Kingdom.

God has commissioned inside each man to lead.

Leading for God’s people is like an Eagle taken flight.

He feels the wind under is wings knowing he was built for great things.

He can fly higher then all other birds of flight knowing he is a powerful bird.

We can fly higher than we ever have gone before.

We are meant to be so much greater than what we see in the mirror everyday.

Each man given a great commission to lead and not follow

But, too many of us have been hampered by walls and mountains.

Some people we allow to put up in front of us and some we put up.

 Walls can fall

 Mountain can move

If they don’t we can move them or have them moved.

Yesterday can be a wall or mountain.

But, since its yesterday, it becomes old news.

And what do we do to old news?

 Throw it out

Or

Use it to line the bird gage.

Present walls and mountains will be used to increase your awareness to develop you in a certain area where you are weakest.

Areas that need to be changed in order to be developed into a great leader

God leaders are all born with this trait inside them.

Just like with everyone in life, each person doesn’t start out knowing everything it takes to be a leader.

Everyone is on a different level than the other.

 For some of you

You have to be challenged more than others and still through out your leadership, you still must be challenged more than others.

It’s just the way you were designed.

And for those who need less training

You have taken the bull by the horns and pull him down to your understanding.

You have taken the challenge and have not looked back.

Traits of leadership in the beginning of ones life can be found at an early age.

Parents will need to recognize this and if possible, give them some things to help grow and challenge them.

This will help them to become a leader at a young age and take on the challenge of helping others their age to become stronger and wiser.

This will lesson their struggles to a minimum.

They’re building up weapon of warfare to help lead them from and out of danger.

Like Moses who thought he didn’t have the skills to help lead his people.

Well he was shown by God that he can just because God was with him, but also that he was meant to be a leader.

 In Isaiah 11:2

God will add these unto you too.

And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

All these things are needed for to become a great leader.

For those who fear leadership and don’t want the responsibility there are ways to do it in a small way and still please God.

For those knowing they are called and feel the pull on their hearts and do nothing that is a tragedy and loss.

Those who take up the call there is a great reward.

To refuse your calling is to say no to God and Heaven.

It can be counted as sin.

You have a duty to lead.

What you have is not just for yourself it’s for those around you and others.

 Philippians 2:3

Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.

It can be counted as selfishness

To keep what God blessed you with to yourself.

 Fearing of change

 Fearing of growth

 Fearing of responsibility

Are tools meant to keep you from delivering the promises of Heaven to the people who need your assistance to increase their abilities to lead!

I employ you to take on this commission to lead

 Psalm 78:72

With upright heart he shepherded them and guided them with his skillful hand.

Take up the challenge you were meant to be.

Take up this way of life for you and yours.

We need you to be who you are called to be.

Who knows but God, the impact you will have on a nation.

Doing your part will help to increase Heaven and decrease hell

On your journey you won’t be alone.

All of Heaven is pulling for you.

God sent his Holy Spirit to help you in all the education of your calling.

Of course, Jesus is right there with you.

 Philippians 4:13

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.

Serving side by side with you

Your training and development is important to him too.

You are not meant to be a follower.

You were born an original, so don’t be a copy.
